first entry from senegal
i seem to have made it here okay. i got to check my email for the first time all week today. it was very exciting. i'm still feeling lost and confused but i have a nice host family and the other people on my program are friendly. i don't have much to report yet, just that i'm here and i'm okay. ca va. the food is good. rice and meat and rice and fish and rice and rice. mosquitoes haven't been a problem. today i start to learn wolof. i'll let you know how that goes.
