( Grey's Anatomy season finale )

So I tried using BitTorrent again last night and when I first clicked on the episode that I wanted to download it opened up the program and then took a minute before it said 6 days remaining. Yikes. Can someone tell me a good program to safely download TV episode? I tried that bit torrent thing but it says that one episode will take 1 day and 6 hours. WTF? That can't be right. Am I doing something wrong or is that right?
