Had acupuncture on Tuesday, immediately followed by my first PT appointment of this second go-round. Then an appointment with the pain doc the next day.

Watched the series premiere of "The Secret Circle" on the CW today, and I am unimpressed. Today is Shannon's 38th birthday! Yay! I walked all over town this evening, trying to buy him a chocolate cupcake, but all the bakeries seemed to close at 6 p.m. I guess I should have thought ahead. I'm getting a lot of gray in my hair now. When I wear my hair down, I barely notice it, but it's really obvious when I pull my hair back.
