When Has That Ever Stopped Me Before?

I love downloading music, but not just because of the free music. I love downloading music because sometimes you get happy surprises. For instance, twice this week I've done searches for artists I like and ended up finding mislabeled songs that I ended up absolutely loving. Those songs are "New Slang" by The Shins and "Addict" by K's Choice. Oh my God, I love these songs a lot. Thank you, theft!

Who loves milk and cookies? Oh, that's right. Claire does.

Who's posting on Livejournal to avoid doing her renaissance counterpoint homework? Oh, that's right. Claire.

I've been doing some quality bonding lately, and I love it. Last night, my roommate decided to have people over and cook an inordinate amount of rutebega in every way imagineable, so I got to spend some quality time with fellow Solin weirdos. And rutebega cake is somehow mysteriously goddamn delicious. Then, tonight I ended up at the pub with Trys and Andrew, and I've got to say, I honestly love just shooting the shit with those boys. They're kind of like the big brothers I've never had, if that makes any sense given how I ill-advisedly tried to date one of them. Luckily, it's not really awkward or anything. Bigtime phew on my part.

I still do feel like I need good quality manhugs, though. However, I'm not going to rush into anything just because I'm lonely.

snacks, music, friends, positivity
