A couple of things struck me today as I was sitting at the WOA table. I got up briefly to get food.

*Language is soooo amazing.
*the idea of food is sometimes weird to me.

I'm not sure I can explain the second one.

I went to talk to my philosophy professor. I told her that it was my birthday and I was kidnapped by my friends and taken to the beach (mostly true). She said that that was cool and that she's glad I'm okay and that nothing bad had happened to me. I told her that going to the beach was a good alternative to an exam any day, and she agreed.
