Finally made the trip out to St. Joseph yesterday. I was planning for lunch at one of the local places, or gas station grub if necessary. 23 mile round trip. About 1:40. They have a teensy IGA downtown, and about 5-8 taverns within a half mile radius. I thought about grabbing a bite to eat (and a beer), but wanted to save myself for beers and a fish sandwich for the Illinois game tonight.
