The first market was actually pretty filled today. Lots of greens as I expected, but I forgot about all the rhubarb and asparagus. Asparagus for miles! Definitely have to take advantage of it these next couple of weeks. I bought rhubarb to try making pie. This is new territory for me, so I enter it with excitement and trepidation. Good ol' Triple S

Thanks to eatwild.com, I found local farmers that I want buy stuff from, including the James Family Farm, which has all grass-fed dairy. The farm is in Sherman, just a few miles north of Springfield!
