And I lawled at Zetsu's commentary---their entire battle has been a staring contest.

Seirei is still as exciting as ever. Love how Balsa decided on Chagum's growth pattern: it's far more natural, and she builds up his character first, then muscle.

Of course, lauding the decisions of an imaginary person is rather foolish. So I'll just say that the mangaka has a good eye for better plot development than others.

Holy crap.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting Sasuke to actually win. Frankly, I was thinking (and hoping) that Orochimaru would win this battle but it would turn out that Sasuke's mind was still hidden inside somewhere and then he would beat Orochimaru.  It seems somewhat anticlimactic for a Sannin. And Jiraiya and Tsunade never got to say goodbye. : ( Read more... )
