burns your change to keep you insane

have dramatically changed my routine in an effort to switch things up...day 2...though not super strict, so more like day pre-2 and ill 'actually' start the [hopefully] strict adherence sept 19th with a friend online.
sore cat is sore, which is kinda nice, as my body had been so used to what i did to it, it rarely ever felt sore, even when i was lifting much heavier than i am now.
the plan i am following wants my weight to be eating over 200grams of protein though, and im just not sure im capable of it. but we shall see how it goes. baby steps in the pre-days ;)

currently grateful to my gym for existing, local orchard for delicious apples, electricity, car that has lovely ac, and medical care that will keep me safe overseas [need to remember that for when i soon get like 5 vaccines in one day :P]
also caffeine being legal and easily obtainable.
