Wondering if folks have any suggestions for the best way to get through a 10 day dose of antibiotics [amoxicillin in this case, due to a root canal 2 days ago]. I take the pills every 8 hours. So far I've been taking 1 probiotic supplement during the day, often 4 hours after I've taken a dose, but am not sure if that's the best timing.
Any other supplements/food suggestions that would be helpful?
So far I do find I am exhausted much more easily than usual, and feel a bit 'off' or sore sometimes...
