Ammunition from the skies.
Well, at least we didn't have to worry about ammunition from the snow wars. The skies opened up and gave us plenty of that, no? Is it me or are we just getting snow by the boatload today!
But it seems that we're living in a house divided, the girls against the boys. Tricky plans are underway to try to convince the two innocent civillians to take sides, most of these efforts I've noticed seem to come from the enemy. Piper and I know better. After this morning's session, Raditz and Beej tried to convince BB (because if you can convince BB, Daikon will go along with it, 99 times out of 100) that they were HE men and being a little HE man himself, he should stick with the MEN!
So BB was yelling, "HE MAN! BB HE MAN!" for awhile, then I suggested that maybe the HE MEN should make themselves some breakfast and make the weekly supply of cookies for the household, since they're so efficient and so much better than Piper and I. BB frowns for a moment and goes, "MOMMY AND PIPER WIN!"
Never underestimate the power of baked goods!
But, I think the little ones are getting pretty crafty at working both sides of the fence when needed. Because I've been hearing them with Raditz, and the cries of, "Blue will stomp YOU!" leak into the kitchen once in awhile.
Today's actually training didn't involve much fighting, we were more interested in getting the teams set, assigning tasks, offense, defense, who would be the flag gaurder. Thankfully, it's not me this time. But, we stockpiled a lot of snowballs for tomorrow. So the red team had better be careful, we're prepared!
And speaking of being prepared, I think I need to prepare lunch. The school is closed today because of all the snow, so Radtiz is home too. So I've got a full house to feed!
