Since I'll probably be in bed for the new year (real party zone here. folks :)  I'd like to wish my LJ friends a happy, safe and prosperous new year.  May 2013 be better for all of us on every level imaginable.

The new Toshiba is up and running.  comcast was out this morning and hooked me up with their triple play, so now all that is on one bill.  No more AOL and especially NO MORE DIAL UP!!!  I have wireless now and everything! The snow is slowly going away - I can see grass again and the roads/sidewalks are clear enough to where I don't need my boots. (Which is good - my winter boots remind me of those things the astonauts wear) I actually got out of the house and walked further than the supermarket - granted, not much further, but still...

Which hasn't been much, to be honest. My 40th B-day came and went without much fanfare - thanks to a bout of either stomach flu or food poisoning.  *bleugh* Thanks & *squishy hugs* to everyone for their well wishes.
