Yes, with our little spate of above-average temperatures I decided that it'd be in my best interest to break out the ol' bike again.

I'd really fallen down on that since our vacation, but better late than never!

Today we'll be Day 2. Just waiting for sore muscles to kick in now.

So yesterday I went in for another treatment on my foot.

So just before we hopped in the car to sneak out to the lake for the long week-end the doctor from the Pan Am Clinic called. He let me know that indeed the swab of my foot had come back and that I had a staph infection. viridis_ama thought that what I had sounded somewhat like Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome. After a day of what seemed like it was filled with belligerence, racism, and violence it's nice to see that some things are definitely going right.

I just got home from a massage at Back In Motion.

I haven't had a massage in years.

I am now Jell-o.

Oh, bliss.

The exact thing that I like to hear about my favourite beverage!

But of course, like anything else in life, moderation is key.

And I think I'll just set my own rules as to what "moderate" is..!
