I may be guilty of never reading her (e-)books, but it's really fun to see my neighbour get some recognition! Good for her!

Well, I've found one "drawback" with my new scanner.  As it has a document feeder on top, it doesn't appear that the hinges on the lid allow any "slide" for when you want to scan something larger, like a sketchbook.  Thus, the resulting grey band at the top of the image.  For sketches on separate pieces of paper this will not be an issue ( Read more... )
