I'd blogged earlier about suddenly finding an Epidapheles story from Ramsey in F&SF. That story, Epidapheles and the Insufficiently Affectionate Ocelot, is now available online:
"THE COMMISSION CAME TO Door, as so many of these commissions do, in a dream. But not his own dream. Door was a chair, an invisible chair, and thus a very practical creature..." Read the
rest of the story here.
But, even more importantly, the second story is out in F&SF: Epidapheles and the Inadequately Enraged Demon. I discovered it via
google (since Ramsey is still the Inadequately Immodest Author). That's the story I first read at Clarion, which made me a fan of the invisible sentient chair called Door.
If you enjoy Pratchett-type brilliant lunacy, go for it!
And I'm notching up
another Clarion 2007 story published.
