Breakfast for Dinner

Because I'll be away for a week and Lisa doesn't like shopping for groceries without me, we have been overstocking, and that includes getting some extra perishables (not too many, of course) from Family Dollar. Because of the nature of that store, however, you often don't know what's going to be available. I picked up a couple of packages of ground venison from New Zealand, as our experience with it has been pretty good. Last night, Lisa used some of it for something not typically associated with dinner.




Along with ground venison steak, Lisa cooked some mushroom-and-mozzarella cheese omelettes, and fried up what was left of our potatoes in olive oil. It was delicious.

I can eat "breakfast" for any meal, so this was just fine with me.
