Kiska and I just got back from the vet. She officially has a clean bill of health! Yay! No more conehead!
Dr. Caplan wants us to finish off the antibiotic ointment, which should take us into tomorrow afternoon. But other than that, she's totally in the clear.
This whole experience has totalled $534, of which we have been able to cover $100 ourselves, plus the $40 in Paypal donations that two very kind people sent us last week. The rest has to be either worked off or paid back to helpful, kind, and loving friends... and now Rent and phone have to be paid, since the first of the month is coming up.
We thought we'd be able to manage this all on our own, but it's been really damned difficult and we could use help. So if anyone wants to send us some extra love and care in the form of a Paypal donation, please don't hesitate. We'd be really grateful.
