Those of you with keen memories will remember that a couple of weeks ago I discovered some freaky ki shit. Well I've been working on it and I have taken a muther fucking huge step.
I'm back with big phil and we're doing suwari waza kokyu ho again. So I'm using my ki powers to lift him up, all well and good. But I've not yet cracked the opening motion which breaks uke's posture. So I'm pulling with my shouders as usual and it is going no where, as usual.
Then suddenly I just dropped my shoulders, brought my shoulders in and then it started working. So I threw him away and looked up at Sensei was like MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!
The second time I just lobbed him, with a bit of a gritty kiai I was all "Yooooooooooooohhhhhhhh."
