You paid attention during 69% of high school!
68-84% Pretty good, you know that there are libraries and newspapers, and you remember what you've
read. You were a child that wasn't left behind!

you deserve your high school diploma?Make a Quiz Hmm, guess it didn't matter that I slept through half of high school then.
I spent the rest of my Halloween handing out candy to the costumed neighborhood kiddies (we had a major over-abundance of Disney princesses), and trick-or-treating on Kingdom of Loathing. I got an A on my Communications test and a 76 on Sociology, which is a lot better than I did on the last test. Today I had a meeting with Jeff at which we made a tentative schedule for next semester. Looks like I'll be taking Math 002, American Society (my thrid Sociology class in as many semesters), Gym, Human Sexuality, and Oral Communication. I'll have to go to school for five days in a row but some days I get off early and on others I have a decent break, so it won't be so bad. After that meeting I went to another one, this time with NYPURG. That's the New York Public Interest Research group, a club that has chapters at my school and several others and which studies and works on issues such as hunger and homelessness, the environment, higher education, and potilics in general. They're making a big push to make sure everyone goes out to vote on Tuesday. I volunteered to work the phone bank on Monday afternoon after gym, so I'll be calling people and reminding them that Election Day is coming up. I think I'm going to like this club. After that meeting I went down the hall to the SciFi club and visited with Rob and Becky for a few minutes. We all miss high school.
My parents are repainting the walls and ceiling of the main floor of the house, so yesterday they ripped off all the wallpaper and everything else. We now no longer have a banister on the staircase that leads up to the bedrooms and the hook behind the front door where I usually hang my cane is gone. Hope they finish this painting soon! Happy November!!
