Thank you for an informative site. Even though everything is written in Russian (?), I tried google tanslate and it sort of worked.
I visited Durnbach War cemetery summer 2013 to see the resting place of my grandfather, Victor Stanley Robbins. One of your pictures here is of the gravestone of one of my grandfathers crew members, a Norwegian, Gustav Dietrichson. My grandfathers stone is next to R W Reids. Dietrichson and my grandfathers friendship is an indirect cause to my father marrying a Norwegian and why I now reside in Norway. As your picture shows Ditrichsons gravestone was without flowers and rather unkempt. When visiting we planted flowers and plants on their gravestones to brighten things up.
