I'm reading the MAG plans for commuter rail, one of the pages on the PDF is a projection of Arizona's population and development in 2050 with a MASSIVE population explosion across the state. Seeing how I live next to the train tracks I get to see allot of trains go by and one I never expected is a BNSF train. Most of the tracks in the area are owned by CSX (one of two legal successors to Conrail, the other successor being Norfolk Southern).
