Simon decided to wake me up an hour before my alarm so that I could give him his attention or feed him or whatever. Except I don't do it when I'm trying to sleep. If he wants to eat, he as to wait until I leave for work.

KITT (from Knight Rider) doesn't like black cats to walk or lay atop his Pontiac Firebird goodness. I better not let Simon near him.

Its amuses me when the cats play together, they run around and hide behind stuff and they pounce one another. Sometimes Jade will start it and be the one chasing Simon down the stairs. Or to watch Jade puff up her tail when she gets pounced by Simon and then run around the house with it standing up.

Its nice to know that after a bad day at work that Simon cares for me. He came up to me and nuzzled my face and purred.

Yesterday morning after arriving home from work, Simon, our cat, became unusually irate and upset. At first we thought it was from accidently shutting his tail in the door but he wasn't caught in the door. I feed him and he still doesn't calm down. He uses his left paw. ^^ I discovered this when I tried to give him a kitty treat by putting his right paw in it. He took it out and instead put his left paw inside it and grabbed one out.

Last night Lazerous brought his isolated new furry friend, Gary, over and we chatted and watched television and played with the cat. I got Simon's attention today by playing cat sounds from the internet. He went crazy trying to find where the "other cat" was on my desk.

In the past month, I've lost 4 pairs of headphones. Three of them within the last two weeks. I lost my first pair to the cat, I was originally going to scrap another set of headphones to replace the cord the cat chewed threw, but I don't have a soldering iron or any EU environmentally friendly "lead free" solder to.
