1 lb. boneless chicken
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1/4 lb. spinach
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. pesto

Over ricotta with Parmesan.

I applied for a few jobs today, and then degraded to looking at harvesting my organs. I was all for egg donation, til' I realized how many SHOTS I'd have to take each day, and how they stick a vacuum in me to get my eggies while I'm still AWAKE.

Shit.

Just got my first Album done for the company I'm freelancing for, yay. Now that's out of the way, I can focus everything on the trip! Well I work til 9 but after that!

Blake and I are driving 1200 miles to BG for homecoming, stopping in Iowa to visit Katy, and then spending a day in chicago on our way home.... so exciting!!! :]

Egg Drop Ramen

If you look at fried rice closely, you will see bits of egg white and yolk sprinkled in it. This certainly adds to the taste.

I found that an egg could be added to ramen, and mmmmm is this good and makes it more tasty.

Ingredients
Top Ramen soup and noodles (the Oriental flavor works best)
One raw egg
