have I really been home for only 53 hours?
Things I almost forgot about New Orleans:
1)The size of the roaches. No wonder I have nightmares about them
2) The humidity. St Louis is hot and all, but in New Orleans you sweat absolutly everywhere you go. I had coffee at 10pm outside last night. It looked like i had run 3 miles after half an hour
3)No one cares that you aren't 21. It almost doens't matter when making plans for the night
4) $2 pitchers at Reginelli's
5) now remind me, why did i bring a pair of sweat pants home?
6) digital cable--fuck yeah!
7) my parents are annoying
I also saw a 40 yr old bayou white trash mom get into a fist fight with a 16 year old black kid in a wal-mart. love it!
