I ran 10 miles on Saturday. And afterwards, i didnt even feel winded! It felt great. I ran with Alex. We kept up our pace of "run 3 minutes, walk 1 minute" for the entire time. Of course, we took the occasional 2 minute walk break to enjoy our popsickles! It was really hot out, so those were a nice little treat. We had some candy around mile 3 and mile 8, and some salt packets in between there too. (Yes, we eat actual salt packets). It gives you so much energy, its nuts! I felt great after, not sore or anything,,, so after 10 miles, we only have 16 more to go!!
