Thanksgiving
I have always considered myself to be extremely lucky.
That's it. No qualifiers. I'm an extremely fortunate man.
I have never yet had to miss a Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Birthday-day with family. Today I had an incredible dinner with my parents, one brother (of two), my sister and her husband, my Papaw, Bill's (my step-dad) parents, and Bill's brother. I am grateful for all the blessings I've been given and well aware of the enormity of the task of even enumerating them. My prayer is that I continue to be grateful for all the gifts I have and that in the future I will take care to utilize them more fully.
