Well, the NYTimes seems enamored with the cycling culture here in PDX. For the most part, I think it's great....except they leave out the whole biking in the rain thing. Yeah, I'm not a fan of getting wet. Even with rain gear and good fenders, let's be honest--it's just not that fun to be biking around Stumptown in February.
