Dear Friend...
Last night, I had another horrible headache. I was laying down with the lights off and all of the sudden Vicki charges in my room with her guitar and sits down next to me. She played the song I have been waiting to hear for a really long time. I never realized how much I love those lyrics and how much they just make me think of someone. It was refreshing and I love that song.
I'm on duty this weekend and have a lot to do. It will be nice to not have any commitments except homework and RA things. Today at work, it was really slow for about an hour and I kept working on my list of things I love. Slowly I am coming to realize that there are so many little things that make me happy and that I love. Speaking of things I love, I am so excited for I have some wonderful peppermint ice cream in the freezer waiting for me to eat it!
I am so excited for the weather we have been having. It's well romantic weather. I just love wearing scarves and hats. Just the other day it started to snow for a couple minutes and it was so exciting! Maybe I am just excited for this next week. Time alone, coffee, tea, ice cream, and Christmas decorations. I have successfully ordered 2 of the Christmas presents so I will be able to wrap them soon! Such a lovely time of year and it just makes you thankful for all you have... no pun intended.
