Someone bought a car for his/her Star Trek beloved! This cracked me up, and then I had to explain it to Mark.

(If you don't know what Imzadi is, look at wikipedia.)

Is there any polite way to say, "This was such a good story I forgot who it was by, and when I looked afterwards I was surprised to see it was you"? {g}

Or, "This is so good, and your last few stories were so repetitive and formulaic, and I'm so pleased (and shocked) you finally broke out of that mold"?
