My camera decided it didn't like the batteries I put in it - they were too cheap. It had a fit and caused me to panic, wondering how I could get it fixed under warranty when I bought it in the states. I put the pricey type of duracell in it and it purred like a pure-bred kitten. Setback #1 -
I went to the bank, the woman screwed up the application and now I can't change my account for at least another 2-3 months even though the screwed application was cancelled within 5 minutes and I didn't sign anything. Which theoretically means no laptop and no new clothes. Both of which I desperately need.

I'm feeling quite good today, like a big weight has been lifted (wonder why that is..)The agonising stomach pains have subsided but I'm still wary because the same thing happened yesterday morning and then by afternoon I was gritting my teeth again. Boris passed away last night. He was barely breathing when I got in from work and despite my trying to forcefeed him with a syringe he refused to swallow. He began gasping for air around 7pm and I left him in the cage next to Arthur because I couldn't watch him any more. Last night was.. odd. More about that later perhaps. But during the oddness I found that Boris was rather poorly :( It looks like a nasty stomach upset, possibly an obstruction. He was lethargic and looking pretty sorry for himself but he was still wobbling around so I left him snuggle with Arthur overnight and took him to the vet this morning ( Read more... )

I stopped taking the meds on monday. I couldn't take the horrible dry mouth and stomach issues any more so I quit. And since then I've been feeling so much better in myself. I've felt more able to cope with everything and life doesn't seem quite so bad. It seems unlikely it'd be a coincidence. Either way, I'm feeling ok. Not great but better. And ( Read more... )
