I managed to sleep pretty well last night without the Somminex. Went to bed sometime between 11:30 and 12, but didn't fall asleep until about 1. I did sleep through most of the night. I only remember waking up twice after dreams, both of which were about birthday parties. However, I'm pretty sure that is because today is one of my friends' ( Read more... )

So, last night, I attempted to go to sleep without a sleeping aid - no luck. I went to bed around 11:30 and at 12:30, I was still awake. Then, some annoying fuck decided that he needed to show off his new Moped to his pals, and he needed to do it in the quad area below my apartment. Even with my windows closed, it was still loud.
