So for the past few days, I've noticed that I've missed alot of calls on my cell phone when I was actually very near to where my cell phone was. Ok, over the past two days, I've been helping to interview for my replacement and am amazed at how completely annoying the process is.

Things NOT to do on an interview
* Show up late
* Figit with your hands or feet or papers in front of you while you are talking
* Speak to your interviewers with an arrogant attitude
