I will go grocery shopping with Elise, and in the evening both of us and Emmi will go see a free movie.
After that, they both will come over for a sleepover.
Tuesday, February 4th:
Elise and I will go shopping.

Indie boys are neurotic
Yesterday evening I stayed up late because I had washed a load of laundry. When the washing machine went into a spin mode, it sounded like Hell's bells.
I got up after midnight to hang the laundry, and then I went to sleep.
I had the usual nightmares and got up a little before noon. I took my morning meds and vitamin D supplement. I got dressed.

I got up from my bed before noon, took my morning meds and vitamin D supplement, and then I got dressed.
I went to see my mom at the shopping mall, we went to the utility shop to buy a new vacuum cleaner and dust bags for me.

A day that started badly and ended nicely
Oh my gooooood what kind of nightmares I had last night
I woke up frozen with terror. I was a bit of a sad kitty, when I got up at 11:15 am.
I took my morning meds, got dressed, and had coffee.
I went to see my mom at the shopping mall, she gave me 30 euros after she had to fiddle a bit with the ATM.

Last night I had the usual anxieties and nightmares.
I got up in the morning, took my morning meds, and had coffee. Then I took a shower for the first time in two weeks.
I washed my hair, applied lotion on my skin, got dressed, and when I was brushing my hair, I had two great big snags on both sides of my head. I practically had to tear them off ( Read more... ) -

Last night I woke up pretty early and felt my whole body freeze and burn when I realized that life is meaningless, and so on.
My phone rang, it was a nurse from the health center. I asked them if they could renew the basic lotion prescription, and they said they will contact the doctor again.
Now I have to wait another eight days.
