Lol the Brownies did get into the local newspaper for the gallery thing we did. pim2005's reaction upon seeing this was to exclaim how tall I was. It's not like she's known me for 4 years or something! Thumbs up for the tiny blurry picture, though. You can't see me properly.

I went shopping at lunch time and bought three bags of marshmallows. These are now residing in my bag along with some wooden skewers, some tealights and a box of matches. Also in there is a pair of pyjamas. Must be time for Brownies again!

I have officially spent too long as a maths librarian. The last panel of today's XKCD made me lol quite a lot

I don't think I've mentioned this on here yet (sorry people who are on the other Owls' flists and have thus seen this about 5 times already). We're taking the Brownies on a sponsored walk along the Thames (and attempting not to throw then in when they get obnoxious) tomorrow. It's for Asthma UK and any sponsorship would be greatly appreciated!

Busy busy weekend. Yesterday I was doing the Staines Nearly New Sale, at which I am now a veteran - I swear this stuff is in my blood. I had four minions this time - four!
