So this is not really Lockdown any more Day 25 (Day 128 of Lockdown)
Dashing in quickly to answer some meme questions as I've been getting behind. We've just been blackberry picking and I have run out of time to make the post I meant to make!
23. When was the last time you went dancing?
I'm a terrible dancer, not helped by going to an all girls' school and being one of the tallest in the class which meant I had to dance the male part when we were learning ballroom dancing. J also possesses two left feet so we very seldom dance together, but I have been doing Paracise on Zoom since April and that involves a lot of movement to music which feels like dancing a lot of the time, so I think the answer to the last time I went dancing is Monday.
24. Have you ever re-gifted a gift that was given to you?
Not really. I think we once did a Christmas book swap around the family when everybody had been given a book that they had read so we passed them to the family member who hadn't. It was like a book Pass the Parcel and really quite funny as everyone pounced on the book that they wanted.
25. What’s one thing you’ve been procrastinating on that you could take care of today?
Re-organising my freezer which I need to do before we get another box of meat on Friday which is part of J's competitive food sourcing competition with the neighbours. It was fish last week.
26. Would you rather live in a house or an apartment?
Having lived in both a house and a flat I would definitely say house. Our flat was lovely but we couldn't control who lived above us and had to be sure that the leasehold didn't go too low.
27. Do you have a favorite mixed drink or cocktail?
Up until recently I would have said I usually drank wine but I am a late convert to the pleasures of a G & T. I also love a Mojito, adore a Kir but if I had to pick a favourite it would be a Whiskey Sour which I would drink in memory of my American uncle who introduced me to them.
28. What is your favorite word right this minute?
