Fri I took my minion for his goodbye lunch before he went back to India. He seemed to love the food in NYC, which is gratifying bc I know he worked 28 of the 30 days he was here. For my own reference... the sformato + salad on the Insalate section of Otto's menu is delicious - the custard goes beautifully with the arugala. I generally don't like arugala, but the balsamic dressing has just the right sweetness to cut the bitterness.
