Tonight, I aced my math final. I didn't think it was possible.

It just so happens that at least half of the questions on the departmental math final come from my teacher's tests, so I will at least be somewhat familiar with the test format and have even seen some of the exact questions before.

But I finally started writing my research paper. Go team, go.

I got 87% on my math test~!! Psych!I am so ecstatic! To put it in perspective, I got 78% on my first test (which went to %87 after test corrections) and 79% on my second test (and I haven't met with the teacher yet for test corrections). So... the testing center called my house today, and apparently they mis-scored my test, and I actually got 34.6% higher than they had originally indicated. Yes, this is significant (and yes, that score was that bad). After test corrections, my score will most likely rest in the high 80's. :) I am ecstatic ( Read more... )

So I didn't do so hot on my Calculus test, today... I'm not terribly thrilled with this, but I did what I could, and I'll go in for test corrections next week, which will bring up the score considerably. I'll redouble my efforts and hope for better results next time.

So... I didn't make it to the Quark opening social because my Calculus test took forever. I was sorely disappoined in this. Also disappointing, however unsurprising, is the fact that I most likely scored between 55 and 75 percent (according to my own assessment of my performance).
