"Tempus", pictures and impressions (spoilers)
this is nothing like a coherent review, just some screencaps and my initial impressions. a cashier quit and i picked up most of her shifts, so i may not have time to review the first few eps for a couple days here
I was really hoping on some level that this was going to be our next Big Bad. No, not Adam. Imogene "Papa, you're being such a megalomaniac and it's rather adorable" Worth. Maybe I'm just a bigger freak than usual at the moment, but I would have liked to see her doing the whole "You killed my father and now you'll pay" thing at Magnus at some point down the road. Alas...
this is quite possibly the most disturbing visual from the entire series, including Magnus getting stripped naked and silkwood showered by men in hazmat gear. that hand on her side, his almost-tender expression, the knife to her throat, Helen's "well, now, this is familiar" expression. oh, man. SOOOO wrong. I think I'm officially over Druitt. I always assumed that, even at his most psychotic, he was a little different with her up until "Haunted". Clearly mistaken
this on the other hand is just adorable. that man loves her SO much *melts and pets them both*
