Got in about 60 seconds of meditation/depp breathing and one sun salutation before the whimpering from downstairs demotivated me. It's hard to focus when you're worried about what a 14-year-old greyhound will do to your rugs. But everyone was healthy and good and I brought two boxes of books in from the summer kitchen.
