I just posted this on Facebook but also want it here:
I just went through a box full of letters, cards, postcards, atc's, poetry, and the coolest zines from LJ days. It's made me really emotional. So much beauty and creativity from beautiful and creative people. A lot of it is from people I'm friends with here. Some is from lj'ers of whom I've sadly lost track. A few postcards from strangers...was anyone else involved with postcardx? The zines I have are so amazing. Does anyone make zines now? I miss those days of artful and heartful correspondence. I want to start it again!
