I've been a tad busy apparently. That's the only explanation I have that September passed me by completely without me noticing, and October did a similar thing aside from the week traveling to Vienna and back (Dudamel!). And I just realised that tomorrow, half of November will be gone, too. At least I've been productive.

I was going to finish painting the kitchen today, but my body was kind of aching after yesterday's painting venture, and since it's Saturn!Day, and Dorkboy convinced me that the walls aren't going to run away, I didn't paint and did instead things that didn't quite require the same muscles as moving a paint brush ( Read more... )

I was planning to witness the sunrise near the lone birch tree tomorrow, but it looks like there'll be a continued solid cloud cover. *sighs* This morning, the creek had already reached the bank, and it hasn't stopped raining since, which means the fields are probably flooded by now.
