I told kimberlyfdr I'd post my thoughts on Under The Red Hood, which came out today.

The spoiler free tl;dr version: I liked it. In fact, I liked it better than I thought I would. (I love Jason Todd. He's easily one of my favorite characters, and I really love the story arc that the movie's based on, so I was a little worried.)

Paid $40 dollars to get my bike's brakes fixed today. One needed adjusting and roughening up, and the other needed the brake pads and the cable replaced. It just doesn't strike me as $40 worth of work. And on top of all that, the rear wheel hub is loose, which either needs to be fixed or replaced entirely. (Whatever that means. Dad's 50th birthday was this last weekend. We had a huge party in the backyard, which was interesting.
