Between weather and commitment to both yoga and exercise abstinence (one exercise per day and I usually pick yoga) it's been a while. However after 5 yoga days with some emphasis on Camel pose (UGH!) the tops of my toes needed a break. It felt really good to back on my own bike in my own climate. I had to get some blubber off this week, so I did a detox/cleanse and mostly lived on veggie juice and green smoothies, while I was hitting the gym and really working the core and abs. Made it through the night. There's actually been some improvement on the night-eating and waking up wanting to eat front. Not counting nights following days when I've been into the food, I'm actually getting better at waking, seeing that it's 230AM and saying, OH, that's interesting and going back to sleep ( Read more... )
