I think this author doesn't understand the definition of "extraordinarily". About 20 years ago I wrestled with my omnivore nature against the prevalent vegetarian and vegan philosophies. I settled on a position as a light vegetarian, meaning I'd prefer vegetarian meals but wouldn't make a big deal if somebody served me meat.
