I'd criticized one particular program in Biden's COVID relief plan for being blatantly unconstitutional, and now several federal district courts have blocked it, and it appears DOJ will not even bother to appeal.
It was the program offering debt relief to POC farmers, and only POC farmers. No white farmers allowed. Yes, that was blatantly unconstitutional.
Now some liberals are trying a different approach, offering debt relief to small farms, because small farms tend to be owned by POC. That might work, because targeting small farms for relief isn't blatantly racist.
Though, it's interesting that liberals think it is OK to come up with relief plans that are more likely to be received by POC, while conservatives think it is OK to come up with voting restrictions that are more likely to stop POC. Both sides are trying to hide their race-focused plans behind ostensibly race-neutral criteria.
