Nearly 13 minutes faster than last time in Baltimore two years ago. The weather was perfect. The sold-out crowd was thick for the first 3 miles, but then it was OK. I had a mighty burst of speed during the last mile, something that I haven't had before in a half marathon, people cheered me!

Tod was wonderfully supportive, coming up the night before, walking with me to the start location, and meeting me with chocolates afterward :-)

Now I need a shower. And food.
