I totally love that series, both the anime and the manga. It's one of the rare examples of an anime based on a manga that manages to successfully expand upon the original without introducing a lot of cheap gimmicks or annoying characters. (Clare makes me sad. Her story should have been really inspiring, but then she gets dragged down by internal and international politics and everything just goes so horribly wrong from there.) Anyone who likes hard sci-fi with political discussion and really well-done characters should get the series. It's just so good.
