Stargate According to Bill

Sep 25, 2007 08:51

Mr. Bill has been slowly watching SG-1 an episode at a time, usually at times when I am gone or asleep, and it's been amusing getting his reactions to the show in its early days. My favorite thing is asking him "Which episode did you watch last night?" and getting his working title for the episode, which is usually more descriptive than the actual episode title. For example, "Emancipation" is "The one with Mongols and oppression," "Broca Divide" is "The forehead one," and "Cold Lazarus" becomes "The emo alien Jack one." I can't wait till he gets to Hathor.

He also took almost no time to recognize that Doctor Janet Frasier is awesome.

Bill: So why does the sarcophagus make the Goa'uld evil? Daniel used it and he's not evil.

Me: Actually, he does become evil one time, after he uses it a whole bunch.

Bill: But what does it make him do that's evil?

Me: He tries to shoot Jack.

Bill: Well....*shrug*

Me: And throws Janet across the room.

Bill: No! Not Doctor Frasier!

Hee. He's learning so quickly.
