I think that I'm addicted to writing. Not typing but actually writing. I've been doing it a lot lately, mostly journaling and stream of consciousness type of stuff and I'm finding it really enjoyable. As an added bonus, it tends to calm me and relieve anxiety. Yesterday was a complete write-off for me. I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible headache. I went back to bed and woke up when my alarm went off only to discover my head was still killing me. It's been a week since I bought my membership and so far so good. I went to p0sterofagirl's gym on Friday for a change and because it's fun to have company! It's a nice, big, open gym which also made it a little intimidating the first time going there. Well, I’ve gone to the gym two days in a row now! I’m actually really enjoying it. I just walk on the treadmill and watch whatever they have on the TVs. The first day I went, I decided that I could squeak in a good 15 minutes of walking before heading off to C & J’s place for the evening.
