I also ran a bunch of errands today. Paid some bills, got extra $$ for myself so I stay away from the ATM. Picked up some food stuff. Man oh man was that salad ever good! Just made some yummy Banana Apricot muffins with over ripe bananas and the last of the apricot jam from the neighbor. I used up the last little bit of baking mix I got from Trader Joes: Multi grain. I made muffins and coffee cake using that mix. Next time I will do pancakes with it sweeted with honey. No soymilk or regular milk added. Mmmmm, the ( Read more... )

I am trying to keep it simple: apricots, bit of raw sugar, some water and heat. I am not sure how it will turn out but paying for something that is already growing in our yard is silly. Pancakes, muffins other foods covered with apricots! NOM!
